Banquets and Tournaments

   

A.                 The league banquet and tournaments that are held throughout the league season and at the end of each season will be bid on by each of the bars in that particular season that have teams. These bids will be presented to the players and then voted on by each team. One ballot will be sent to each team captain who will then discuss it with their team members and then the final vote will need to be turned in with their nightly fees by the given deadline.

B.                 Valley International Pool Tournament in Las Vegas, NV at the Rivera Hotel & Casino is sometime in May of said year

C.                 Qualifying for the Valley International Pool Tournament in Las Vegas, the following information is from the VNEA rules booklet.

D.                 Chambers Music Co. must prove stats for all who are planning on attending. NOTE: Players may be listed on more than one teams roster, for precautionary purposes. However the first team that any player shoots for, in any division, is the only team that player is allowed to play for.

1.       8-ball regular division – To be played with 5 player teams. Must be comprised of at least 3 original players from the league team. The fourth and fifth players may come from any teams within Chambers Music Co. League System. Four members of the team must have played a minimum of 12 league nights and the fourth player must have played a minimum of 8 league nights. You may have on Master Player on the team.

2.       8-ball Women’s Teams Regular Division – To be played with 4 player teams. Must be comprised of at least 3 original female players from the league team. A fourth female player may come from any team within Chambers Music Co. League System. Three members of the team must have played a minimum of 12 league nights and the fourth player must have played a minimum of 8 league nights. You may have one master player on your team.

3.       8-ball and 9-ball Singles Regular Division – All players must have completed the 12 league night requirement and are subject to Tournament Committee approval as regular division players.

4.       Scotch Doubles Regular Team Division – One male and one female per team. Each partner must be an active league member with a minimum of 6 league nights played. Neither partner shall be a master player. Both players must be sanctioned players from any active charter holder.

5.       8-ball open teams masters division – to be played with 5 player teams. Must be comprised of any 5 players from within chambers Music Co. League system so long as they meet the 12 league night requirement. NOTE: if 2 or more players from a previous Master team return as a team that team will be considered a master team

6.       8-ball women’s teams masters divisionto be played with 4 player teams. Must be comprised of any 4 female players from within Chambers Music  Co. League system so long as they meet the 12 league night requirement. NOTE: if 2 or more players from a previous Master team return as a team that team will be considered a master team

7.       8-ball and 9-ball Singles Masters Division – Any player on a masters team will automatically be placed in the masters singles competition and must have completed the 12 league night requirement. Participants need not be recognized master players to participate in this event.

8.       Scotch Doubles Masters Division – One male and one female per team. Each partner must be an active league player with a minimum of 6 league nights played. One or both partners may be a master player. Both players must be sanctioned players from any active charter holder.

9.       Mini Tournaments – Anyone may play in the mini tournaments. These tournaments run continuously.
