Score Sheets and Envelopes
A. Please see the flier in the captains packet about how to fill out the score sheets. there are also examples of filled out score sheets.
B.
ALL CAPTAINS PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PAISD BOX ON THE SCORE SHEET HAS BEE
CHECKED OFF FOR PLAYERS PLAYING THEIR NIGHTLY FEE OF $6.00, so we know for sure
who has paid and who hasn’t. Remember, if a teams dues are not paid in full,
said team will receive full penalty
C. Both captains must make sure that all players first and last names are on the score sheets every night of play. Make sure that the team name is at the top of the score sheet in the designated box. Basically, make sure that everything is filled out completely, including the score sheet and the envelope (team name, signature, date, money amounts, team wins, and most importantly, whose envelope is whose).
D. Both captains need to verify the scores and both must sign the score sheet and envelope after the match is over. After both team captains have signed, we assume that there were no complaints or protests and that everything went okay; therefore, the score sheets that are inside each envelope will be the FINAL copy. No changes will be made after the score sheets are turned in unless Chambers Music Co. has made a computer input error. Make sure you clarify whose envelope is whose so we know who has paid ans who hasn’t or else both teams will be penalizes (a forfeit will be given).
E.
Drop off location are: Marley’s, Lamplight, Kamikazes, Old Man’s
Saloon, and Chambers Music Co. Drop off envelopes at the bars on the night of
play only. Place envelopes in the dartboard with the drop slot. Drop off
envelopes at Chambers Music under the front door (if you drop off at
Chambers Music, be sure envelope is at least 3 feet from door opening). The team
captain is responsible for his or her team’s money and scores sheet, not the
visiting teams. Money will be taken out f the team’s payback if any money is
owed at the end of the league (that was not paid before the league finished).
